Subscriptions and Virtual Currency Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are final and non-refundable. TrueShort also offers a virtual currency called "Popcorn" which may be used within the app. Popcorn has no monetary value and is not transferable or redeemable outside of the Service.
User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Service ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant TrueShort a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes of providing and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload anything that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
Prohibited Uses You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Service to harm others or spread spam or malware
Upload content you don’t own or have permission to use
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the Service
Termination TrueShort reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to TrueShort and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use this content except as permitted by these Terms.
